Close to the areas I need to go and reasonably accessible.
There was snot wiped on to the walls in the bathroom beside the toilet. There was urine stains on the underneath part of the toilet seat. There were no batteries in the remote control. The phone did not have a wire to connect it to the outlet, so phoning the front desk was not possible.

Possibly the best and really good stay during my visit. Easy to get to, nice and perfect location just next door to restaurants and other amenities, shopping mall & grocery store, and hill. Also, close to downtown.

The room was decent sized with a kitchenette. the staff was affable. the setting was absolutely perfect, a short walk to a grocery store right across the street and Montana's Steak House.

The hotel was in an exceptionally nice location, in the downtown core of Fort McMurray. It was not far from shopping malls and grocery stores.

The hotel is wonderful , I was very pleased with the room and all the appliances they had there as well , the bed was very comfortable. I give it 10 out of 10 for sure !!!
The only thing I didn't agree on was the fact that anyone without a credit card couldn't get a room do to the damage deposit they required . I was almost declined my room due to this but they took the deposit from my bank card which was 300.00 and gave it back to me the next day when I checked out... They don't except the debit visa cards from any bank. It has to be a actual credit card. Other then this I loved it there :)

I've been staying at the Clearwater about 5 times now, the rooms have been great, but the last time I was there which was on the 15th of September an stay in room 437. As I work in Camp and we cane only shower I was very please to see I had a jet bathtub an looking forward to relax. But to my disappointment the jets didn't work, other than that the room was great. I plan to stay at the Clearwater again an again. Thank You for asking.

The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to food stores. It is situated next to a casino, which offers various clubs, a shopping mall, and restaurants. - the double room we stayed in had a huge bathroom that we really enjoyed.
